Privacy policy
How the Moondog website handles personal data.
Last updated: 2 June 2026
This policy explains how the Moondog public website (the “Site”) handles personal data. It covers this marketing website only. The Moondog platform used by advisory firms and their clients is a separate, access-controlled application governed by a separate agreement and data-processing terms.
1. Who is responsible
The controller of personal data collected through this Site is MantaTech EOOD, EOOD (Bulgarian single-member LLC), ul. Lavele 19, 1000 Sofia, Bulgaria (Bulgarian UIC/EIK 208578990, VAT BG208578990). For any privacy question, or to exercise your rights, contact us at team@moondog.systems. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer; for any privacy matter, contact us at the address above.
2. What we collect, and why
- Demo and contact requests. When you submit the contact form we collect the name, work email, and any firm, role, audience and message you choose to provide, together with your consent. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange a demonstration.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider processes standard server logs (including IP address, date, and requested page) for security and to operate the Site reliably.
- Audience measurement. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that do not set cookies, do not track you across sites, and do not collect personal data that identifies you.
3. Legal bases
We rely on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) for processing your demo-request details to contact you, which you may withdraw at any time; and on our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in operating and securing the Site and in measuring aggregate, non-identifying usage.
4. Cookies
This Site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Strictly-necessary cookies may be used to keep the Site secure (for example, to protect a form submission against cross-site request forgery); these are exempt from consent under the ePrivacy rules. Because we use cookieless analytics, no cookie banner is required.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers (processors) needed to run the Site: our EU hosting provider, our transactional email provider, and our cookieless analytics provider. Each acts under a data-processing agreement and only on our instructions.
6. International transfers
The Site and its data are hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). Where any provider processes data outside the EEA, we rely on an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses with appropriate safeguards.
7. How long we keep it
We keep demo-request details only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and our ensuing relationship, and then delete or anonymise them. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and diagnostics.
8. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, contact team@moondog.systems. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP) in Bulgaria, or the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
9. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including transport encryption (HTTPS) and access controls, to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration or loss.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version and its date are shown on this page.
